Dreamweaver Interface Overview

  • This section will introduce you to the various components of the Dreamweaver interface
  • Once you open Dreamweaver, you get the welcome screen
  • Become familiar with the following interface areas in this lesson:
    • Welcome screen:
      • This only shows when you do not have any pages open in Dreamweaver
      • The most recent file you had open in Dreamweaver is listed in the top left of the welcome screen
    • Insert bar
    • Document window
    • Properties - show both the HTML and CSS buttons within this area
    • Windows panels - available in the Windows menu
    • Tag Selector

Dreamweaver Interface Overview
