We are going to look at radio buttons and become familiar with how they work and add these within a new fieldset and legend on the form page
We will create an Add to email list so they can sign up for our enewsletter using radio buttons
We will use radio buttons for this field since they only allow the user to choose 1 option
We will use the radio group option from the form tab in order to create multiple buttons at the same time
Choose the radio group option and name it enews
Add Yes to label and yes to value and hit enter/return
Add No to the label and no to the value
Select the line break option so we can move these buttons into horizontal buttons
Click OK and you will see the radio buttons are added in the form
Modify the radio buttons so they can be shown horizontally instead of vertically
