We need to setup our website within Dreamweaver to take advantage of Dreamweaver features
Once we define our site, Dreamweaver can help to maintain the links between our files, images, and other content between the web pages
Define a site once and Dreamweaver stores the information
Steps to defining a site:
Go to Site->Manage Sites
Click the new Site button
Name your site (this is the name that shows up in the Files panel, you can use spaces)
Click the folder in the Local Site Folder area and browse to your root folder, the folder that contains the files from the chapter 6 course files-begin
We just defined a local site in Dreamweaver so all of our files are visible in the Files panel and Dreamweaver can assist us in working with them
