  • Ctrl/Cmd-T pops up the Quick Tag Editor
  • You can use this tag to modify or add coding to a tag from Design View
  • The Properties panel allows you to modify the alt text, but the Quick Tag Editor comes in very handy as you get more familiar with code
  • You can edit the code directly within Quick Tag Editor popup window and code hints are displayed automatically by Dreamweaver to assist you with writing the code
  • You can also use this to wrap content within another tag or modify any coding for a tag
  • The quick tag editor is a quick way to be able to edit code without needing to move into Code or Split View
