It demonstrates how to spot the TLC plate with a drop of dissolved solute; how to prepare the developing chamber and develop the TLC plate; how to visualize the spots, and how to calculate the Rf. It also covers how to make spotters, the composition of TLC plates, and Flash Column Chromatography.
