When I run the program from the command line terminal, I get a message:

is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

How do I fix this?

Command Line Arguments

  • Command line arguments are used to pass information to a program
  • They are like passing values to a function or sub
  • Default file handlers use command line arguments so they know which file they need to open
  • Environment.CommandLine gives you the entire unedited command line
  • Environment.GetCommandLineArgs returns an array of each argument in the command line, split up by the spaces
