Probability Distribution of a Discrete Random Variable
The probability distribution for a discrete random variable lists the possible values it can take on and the corresponding probabilities.
For each value the discrete random variable can take on, the probability must be between 0 and 1.
The sum of the probabilities for all values the discrete random variable can take on must be equal to 1.
