In Example Question 5, II. won't work properly on a grid with a column or row of length 1. So the answer should be D, not E.

Multiple Choice Questions About GridWorld

  • Five or six of the 40 multiple choice questions will be about GridWorld
  • Each GridWorld question worth the same amount as a non-GridWorld question, so don’t spend excessive time on them
  • The act() method is very important
  • Don’t modify the act() method in Bug or Critter nor override the act() method in a subclass of Bug or Critter
  • Use the Quick Reference Guide to confirm your answers but study GridWorld in advance of the exam so you don’t have to spend a lot of exam time looking up information
