Mac has tools and PC has tools
PC uses NotePad, EditPad, NetBeans as HTML Editors
The MAC uses NetBeans, Simultron, BB Edit as HTML Editors
PC and MAC uses Photoshop for image manipulation
PC and MAC uses Dreamweaver and Kompozer as Web Editors (WYSIWYG)
For file upload, Filezilla is the popular software for PC.
Fetch is the popular software for MAC
