Dynamic Parts

  • What is Dynamic Parts: You can edit dynamic parts in exactly the same way as you would a score. You can move, add and delete notes, add slurs, expression markings. Whenever you change something in the score, the parts are instantly updated, and vice versa.
  • Viewing Dynamic Parts: After creating or opening a Sibelius file, the full score will be displayed.
    • Switching to and from parts is most simply done using the + menu at the right –hand end of the document tab bar.
    • You can switch quickly between the score and the most recently viewed part by typing the shortcut W.
