I am excited to learn HTML 5 and I like how you explained everything so far. My question is, can a developer use php and asp as a client? I mean, can I create a website from my computer without connecting to a server and use php and asp and simply run it from a browser off directories in my computer?

Thank you,

  • Social Media is about communication to the masses
  • Database Websites involve collecting personal information in form
