Some parents are not as enthusiastic with the sports and extra curricular activities offered as they are with the curriculum. The only available club is gardening with extra curricular activities being visual arts, painting, orchestra, and choir. Most parents are very excited that the school is working with students to instill eco-friendly behavior and the love of learning. Students stated they really love the school better than other schools they have attended, but as mentioned earlier would like the opportunity to join sports such as baseball or volleyball.
The Academic Performance Index showed an increase in academic growth of 21 points to 877. The statewide goal is 800.
