Global Education Academy opened in 2007 with classes available for grades for Kindergarten through 5th. Students at Global Education Academy are offered a curriculum with a multilingual standard, technology based classes, and rigorous academic experience to prepare students to be leaders in a global society.

Besides core classes Global Education Academy offers a variety of extra curricular courses for its students. There is a variety of languages available from Arabic to German to Latin and Russian to name a few. There are arts classes like band, computer arts, ceramics/sculpture and dance. Sports include bicycling, lacrosse, golf and fencing among many others. Students can also be a part of yearbook, debate and newspaper.

Global Education Academy is great for students. Parents rave about the teacher quality and how the teachers work extremely well with the parents to get the best results. The principal was also a high point for parents. Students enjoying attending school and the variety of activities offered.

The Academic Performance Index showed an increase from 804 to 843.

The California Standards Tests is used to learn if students are mastering core subjects. The various tests are given to 2nd through 11th grades in English, grades 2nd through 7th are given tests in math, and science tests are administered to students in grades 5th, 8th, and 10th, while history tests are given to students in 8th and 11th grades. The test results showed great results for the 2nd grade. They passed the Math exam at 81% with a state average of 64%. For 5th graders their test results were not as successful. They scored 53% on the Science exam with the state at 60% and 58% on the math exam with the state at 65%.
