Alliance Technology, Math and Science High Review

Alliance Technology, Math and Science High opened in 2011 are part of the Alliance College-Ready Public Schools system. The uses the model of the Alliance School transformation which blends digital content, distance learning, interactive tools, and online courses in their learning environment. The school is one of the 21 public charter high schools within the system that also includes middle schools. The school serves students that are low income to help them achieve success while utilizing the highest standards in education.

The school strives to ensure that all students upon graduation are prepared to pass the University of California course requirements, California State University course requirements both with a grade of a C or better. Along with this, students will take and be able to pass the advanced placement courses with a C letter grade and pass AP exams with a score of 3 or more. Students will meet all criteria on exams to enter college including the Early Assessment Program, ACT, and SAT.

The school has small class size to ensure that each student receives the attention they need to achieve their goals. Parents are very happy with the success of their children attending the Alliance Technology, Math, and Science High School. Students enjoy going to school and learning in a close-knit environment where they feel safe. The school has strict rules against bullying which is felt in the calm and nurturing environment.

At this time, the school has not published their test scores; however, the schools in the Alliance College-Ready Public Schools system have students performing above average or average in most classes across all grade levels. It would still be best if you take a tour of the school, talk with teachers and other parents prior to enrolling your child. You should feel comfortable with any school you choose for your child to attend.
