Napa Valley Language Academy opened in 1998 for students in Pre-Kindergarten through 6th grades. The school offers the Two-way Immersion Program and enrichment programs for all students in Visual and Performing Arts. Students are also exposed to environmental science through the school garden and grow-lab as well as technology in all classrooms and the computer lab.

Along with core subjects, students can choose from courses that focus on bilingual success, PreKinder for low-income families, world music to engage students with that culture, Heartstrings, which is violin lessons and after school programs as well. Napa Valley Language Academy does not offer any sports programs at this time.
